The launch of Galanterie, Chanel's first unisex fragrance, will be the starting point of the entire campaign.

These posts will not only start a conversation online, but also create UGC by asking people to respond with how they define chivalry. Their responses will be used during the event.

Once the fragrance is purchased, the customers get a personalised package. The package will include an exclusive opportunity to RSVP to an experiential event that continues the conversation about chivalry.

The event will be the last stop in the user journey. It will create a sense of community within the Chanel consumers as well as creating passionate change in society over the dated stigmas of chivalry.
